Dre Sylvie Lachance a une expertise en greffe hématopoïétique et thérapie cellulaire et ses champs d’intérêts sont la prévention des complications post-greffe particulièrement la maladie du greffon contre l’hôte et la rechute. La Dre Lachance a développé un programme de formation postdoctoral (DES) en greffe de cellules hématopoïétiques et thérapie cellulaire à l’Université de Montréal ayant conduit à la reconnaissance de ce domaine de compétence ciblée par le Collège royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada.
